Hello all, new to group but have been reading info and advice from this site for awhile. Good stuff here. My Barracuda finally is at the front of the line in the garage after several vw buses. I try to do most work myself but try to use specialist when needed. Very clean car, 82K, been garaged, only small rust on drivers lower quarter. 318 2 barrel auto, yellow car so nothing rare. I've wanted to build this car for years, collecting parts and now is the time. Currently installing usct level 2 stiffening kit and getting engine compartment ready for paint. Engine is a rebuilt 360 with x heads, purple cam and an old six pack setup I need to have rebuilt. Tranny is new tkx 5speed still in the box. 391 rebuilt posi with rear spring relocation kit. Have new big front brakes and rear disk as well. Building the Cuda that my 16 year old self wanted to see. I will be using this car alot as I have never owned a newer car, I like time machines. Always have had a small group of classic cars to daily. Adding a bunch of factory options, chrome trim, vinyl top ,ralley guages, wheel moldings, and have a couple hood options. Want to use stock cuda parts from several different years. Will post up a couple of pics soon. Will post up in wtb to some little stuff I know I need. Feels great to work on this car again. Had face full of factory undercoating last night.
