The car is located in Northern California. I have fenders, bumpers, grills, interior parts and can cut body sections too if needed. Or I will sell the whole car for $3000, I want it gone!!!!!!!

People hire me to redo cars that are worse than this one. I hope it sells whole. Do you have a title?

The car is at my auto body shop and customer does not want it but owes the shop money, I don't want it, just trying to recoup costs on a previous build for the customer.

That didn't answer the title question. I know of shops selling cars where the shop did not go through the correct procedure when they were owed money. The shop just sold the car because the owner didn't pay. You can't legally do that. Did you get the title so you can sell the car?
