I disagree to agree and vise a versa. As I said: The condition is everything and everything there. If the condition is shown with pictures then a close value can be stated. It is worth what it sales for.

That could be. But here again The condition is everything. The estamente of repairs could exceed the value of the car. It would depend on what the buy would want it for. It's not a 6 PAK,HEMI or other.
I have experienced those situation where the seller would say it's a 70k car restored. There are other buyers waiting. I look around and even the crickets go quite. Unbeknownst to them they have fallen out of their tree and bumped there head. Not knowing or knowing they are way over priced for a candite for what ever.

That being said I'm keeping this in mind. The seller wants to move in a short period of time. If the seller wants to sell it pictures need to be posted as ask. If there is an issue of the sellers ability. Find a neighbor hood kid take picture and give them $20. Or even get someone there to get it running. That will narrow down the buyers and the value of the car. If structurally sound it would bring up the value.

The other thing. There are buyer that have the intent to buy and flip. It artificially inflates the value and market. Then the one's that buy it and lack of funds. Then it sits. The one's that have a disposable income are the one's that set the price correctly. That's why I say for the seller not to sell until they post pictures and don't take less then 5k. Buyer be where if someone does. As is where is! Did I miss it? Is there a title in hand and clear?
Did I miss an ask for pictures? I have uploaded some and am happy to upload more.

Yes. If you can get pictures of the sides., the back, the trunk floor and the areas of the rust you mentioned. The area around the back window is also a problem area. An area you might not be able to get are the frame rails because the car sits low. If someone is agile enough might be able to do it. The more pictures the better chance of selling it.

It appears the car has had at least one paint job.
Bondo is showing threw on a few areas.
That one pic of the frame rail does appear to be solid.
The rocker however appears to have bondo and paint of which is peeling off, possible rust under that.
The floors do have some rust holes. Not massive holes but enough that they would need some work or patch's.
Where the passengers rear quarter, rear bottom of door and rocker come together all have rust. Unfortunately that will be bigger after the bondo is removed. All 3 will need replacement metal or patch's if small enough.

@Moparmama , Please post a link to the ebay sale if and when you place it on epay.
