3 pt seat belts

Just bought a 72 Cuda 340 and was amazed to see there were only lap belts installed...I thought 3 point belts were mandated around 69? Anyone have a source for 3 pt belts and are there mount points already in the car?

My 67 Chevelle had the mount points for a 3 pt....

Don't know about the E bodies but I would think they are like the A's. The shoulder belt hangs down from the side of the roof. When not in use they fold up and are held in place buy some hooks. If you headliner is instaled It will be hard to tell where the mounting point is for the belt and hooks. But I am sure some one here that has one with the headliner out will take a few mesurments for you.
