I have for sale a 383 cu. in motor and a 727 transmission for sale. The date code on motor is 4-6-68.The motor and tranny has about 650 miles on them. They are in a 1970 GTX and I am building a 440 and 4 speeding the car. They are still in the car and you can hear them run and drive. The motor has a 484 purple shaft cam with adjustable rockers. I can put you in touch with the shop that rebuilt them. This moter has about $500.00 of chrome on it. It comes complete with exception of carb. There are hooker headers and complete electronic ignition for it as well. The tranny has a 2800 stall converter and shifts great. I will not pull these items out of the car untill paid in full.
