49 state 70 Cuda

I am looking at a 70 Cuda it has a Galen report & shows a picture of inside the trunk showing
49 state emissions lines & clip
I am in California, would i be able to register this car in California?

welcome from central new york . you could check with your d.m.v but if I remember correctly from what my relative told me there is exemption's for classic vehicles.

JS29 is right. In Calif 1973 and older vehicles are emission exempt.

I have never heard of montauk, if you can tell me ware it's by I will try to help. I am in oneida county. basically in the middle of the state.
