You have to have tags of some sort to rebody. I agree its probably worthless without the VIN fender tags and broadcast sheet. A Hemicuda just sold on ebay for 38K and it was missing the entire bottom of the car including all four frame rails. It too was missing its fender tags and broadcast sheet but it has its VIN plate. I thought that was crazy money!
