71 challenger headlight bezels, hood trim and trunk & qtr trim shape

can anyone tell me if the trims that have the step in them are 70 71 only or what year they apply to. while buying a grille a guy wouldn't sell me the bezels he said that the 71 had a different shape i know my 72 is smooth so someone please straighten me out so i can order the correct stuff. you can't trust all the bay venders i don't think they know someone had a grille shell listed for a 70 71 i see the same for a lot of those trims as well..

70 and 71 headlight bezels are different, both are one year only.

So I can assume the rear trims are different and one year only as well?

The deck lid/quarter trim is ‘71-‘74 while the hood trim is ‘71 only.
