This appears to be a scam. I spoke to the seller who says that he is in CA and car is in Texas his phone number on my caller I'd is (760) 644-3879

He won't give out the address until a buyer can prove that he has the funds. He said that if he shows it to me and I don't buy it then he will have to relocate the car so I don't come back and stray it. I hope that no one sends this guy any money. This is a typical scam.

I've been struggling with this one for a couple of days. Its not the typical scam. I spoke to him as well but know his name address and phone numbers. Its definately a weird situation.

I have spoken to the guy as well. I will buy it if someone can check it out for me in Texas. It seems strange and I am waiting on some info to prove that it isnt a scam as it is a very odd situation.

His name matches the phone number and home address matches the name on the voice mail and it happens to be in next town over from escondido. His user IDmatches his ebay user Id with feedback score of 534. If this guy is a scammer he went through a ton of trouble and is the best one I've ever run into. I think you jumped the gun posting his phone number Steve. Did I feel comfortable enough to wire him $42, 500 no....! Do I think there is something weird going on yes!!! If I wasnt buried at work I'd probably be on a plane right now though.
