AM 8 Track Wire Identification

Can anyone help me to identify the purpose for the wires coming from my AM 8 Track. I have red, orange (power potentially), Black, Purple, and green. Thanks

A couple should be right and left speakers I would think. I know some cars had stereo crossovers as well.

I don’t understand what you mean about “ignition”. AFAIK, the orange is power to the light inside the 8-track.

Ok thought so I just could not read the tape on the orange wire. Thanks again.
