What size diameter and offset did you go on the pins?

.496 with a .007 offset
Thank you, when I start to do mine, I’ll know what diameter to order. I know the offset might be different. At least i’ll know what to start with.

If you bought the SST kit the directions help a ton with this stuff and SST has been very easy and helpful to work with.

I did buy the SST kit, it’s got everything. My instructions were damaged in shipping, they sent me a email version. They wanted to send me a paper copy but I can print them. I can’t wait.

Nice, the new carpet and center console top i ordered should be here today, hopefully i can have most of the car put back together this weekend and waiting on the driveshaft.

Also a heads up, the screws fit really loose in the reproduction tunnel and didn't want to hold the shifter boot tight so i made some plates and epoxied them inside the tunnel so the screws would get tight.

Another good idea.

Well I was hoping to get the front carpet changed and get to putting the car together but the shop that built this car in the 2000's decided to cut the rear carpet at a angle so all new carpet is going in.

Who knew putting carpet in was such a fun process trying to get it to fit correct lol.

Also found a decent sized crack in the rear floor just behind the driver rear bolt hole and fixed that.

Well after a mild set back with the rear carpet, i got most of the interior back together besides the driver seat so i can lay down to do the pedals.

Getting my energy back and decided to play some more, got the pedals installed and spaced out the brake light switch to clear the clutch master rod assembly.

More work today.

Installed the master cylinder, lines, support bracket, flywheel, clutch and bellhousing. I'll get more measurements in the next couple days to check the slave cylinder to pressure plate clearance.

Only had to modify one tool today lol.

Did that master cylinder support bracket come standard in the SST KIT??
Yes, i hade to drill another hole as you can see by the master cylinder to "shorten" this one but it did come with the kit.

I also had to order another slave cylinder shim today to get my "cushion" in spec.

Had to get another slave cylinder shim to get the cushion measurement in spec but ended up getting the transmission in the car.

Hope to start buttoning up the car tomorrow.

No pictures today but got some more work done till I got cold and came back inside.

Exhaust hooked back up, got the clutch hydraulics hooked up and fluid added to check for leaks, starter bolted back up and installed the driveshaft... finish line is coming..

I got tired of trying to get the plate lined up where the hydraulic lines goes into the bellhousing so I ditched it for now as it doesn't really serve a purpose. The hydraulic line bracket they send I had to slightly bend and make a spacer to get it lined up.
