Bolt identification

I'm sure it will become obvious as my 70 Challenger rebuild progresses but for now I cannot figure what these bolts are for. I have 4, they are 3" long, 5/8" dia. with castellated nuts. For peace of mind what are they for please.

I believe those hold the lower ball joints to the front wheel spindles.

I agree , that is the most likely place for them

Thanks both. Absolutely right. I have a disc brake conversion that comes with it's own bolts which is why I couldn't find a use for them.

Here is a set of factory replacements I picked up. Definitely a ball joint bolt w a castle nut.
