Broadcast sheet

The bottom of my broadcast sheet for my 1971 Plymouth Cuda Convertible it is printed "Special Handling Car". Who knows what this means?

Generally meant to take extra care on the assembly line, executive car etc...

What's the build date? Could also have been an auto show car or one used in some other form of marketing. It's a shame that it was actually called out to put special effort into a car to make sure everything was right....
