If the car had fender mounted RT badges than it would have the holes in the fenders, however if they got the longitudinal stripe than the would not be any holes since the "R/T" is part of the stripe.

The RT part doesn't mean it would have torque boxes, those were a result of the engine choice such as 440, 440 8 pack and Hemi. I do not know if they 340 and 383 cars got them or were supposed to get them. There are many reports of cars that should have had them that didn't, my 70 Challenger is a 440 car and it has them.

The K frame again has to do with the engine selection, here is a good thread about them I.D. numbers K - Frame Member question

What is the VIN of the car? If it is JS than it should be an RT. All of this information is online many times over but "R/T" was a package or option code and with it came a number of things such as the stripes, performance engine selection, rallye instrument cluster, etc.

The chrome tips dual exhaust could not be had on a CA sold car so an RT sold there would not have or was not supposed to have them.

Are you trying to figure out if your car is an RT or are you trying to make a clone of an RT?
Lots of confusion here. It sounds like you paid alot for a 318 car. Not much you can do about that now. If you worried about it being stolen, title/ register it in your name before you invest to much in it. If anyone cares they will contact you soon. If you build it as a 440-6 clone car and advertise same no one can be upset about that. Without proper documentation it will never be anything more than a 318 car and no and unlikely anyone will be upset about anything. If you choose to sell body later as a 318 car simply be upfront and no foal on you. My modo is be honest and never screw anyone because you may have taken it! Either way it will be nice when done and enjoy it !

I have some parts in three and two all standard equipment except one rallye piece I believe. A green car might have been with this car and a blue one at one point.

From what i can see looks like a solid car , no front sway bar may have been removed do you have a shot of the lower control arm see if it has a tag for the sway bar ,same as my latest was B5 then painted the same green as that was a slant 6 also E0132 start to the vin but was a JH23HCE0 with a b5 interior.
Looks to be quite original looking at the bolts & bushes

Im thinking it’s a 440 6 k frame. The sway bar tags does have signs bolts was there by the circler psi digging into the metal while tightening the bolt upon the tag will have to sand to be sure. It’s a solid car and very very easy to finish. all the hard work has been done it’s prepped that’s why I know it’s worth 10000. Anyone who knows sand blasting know it costs thousands to do this in labor and overhead. I’m just sick of thinking negative thoughts of what’s happened with this car possibly.

I’m going AMD. already got AMD parts for it so I’m prepared when I’m happier.
I etched out QR code’s with a permanent marker possibly there’s technology that can scan a QR code within a picture so watch y’alls QR codes and bar codes in photography.

So what's the deal with the QR codes? I cannot see how having them in any pictures would be an issue.

I don't see anything in those pictures that would indicate is a 6 pack car, definitely had a sway bar but that doesn't mean a whole lot.

I’m guessing someone can zoom in and use their phone to scan them through a picture of another phone I guess I don’t know any scientific formulas of em but if we live in a infinite universe theirs infinite possibilities. I’m sort of like a paranoid doomsday prepper I usually think about what people think about what they plan what they do it’s a big problem with my mind is I try to place myself in people shoes what they think about what they do on a daily basis even if I’m not thinking that way by having a one track mind it will eventually lead to it every day. My house is full of expensive stuff I treasure because I’m a poor guy I don’t trust anyone except my family and don’t have no friends by the doomsday prepper mind set of I can’t trust people and people can’t trust me I ain’t even had a girlfriend or tried to get a girlfriend and I’m in my 20s and I’m not ashamed about expressing it either like my mental impairment I’ll express it. What makes me happy is I’m around things that make me happy motors transmissions car parts video games casino trips to tunica or southland Vegas buffalo gold(still haven’t gotten 15 gold heads yet and been playing for 2 years now) space science imagination inventions especially bi pedal technology. I have memory loss problems so what I learn I usually can’t store for a long time. natural common sense is what I rely one when I can’t store much information or I forget it very easily. If I could I’d put the challenger in the house lol!. 1970 challenger is my dream car and has been since 2012.
Ps:I’am legal to operate vehicles on the street lol! and have drove heavy machinery(backhoe bulldozer) before so I’m not disabled enough to where I’m completely dependent.
PS:I call my mental paranoia po’el’e’o’pl poelliopl not paranoid someone’s out to get me usually paranoid about what people think about.

3480 date code for a 1971 challenger or barracuda. Or 348th day of 1970 I believe. When I strip this car I’ll find more I know. I still have to strip where you said to check also while doing it check below the cowl. I also have to check what fastmark said to check for heat marks below the cowl.

I’ll see if I can later on. Atleast the car has a voice and is known now even if it’s by selfish means of trying to flip my cards thinking of financial gains from it. The car no doubt is recognized. Thanks for e bodies.
