-Can someone please briefly explain to me the differences between a Challenger and a Barracuda - also is a 'Cuda and different to a Barracuda or is just a nickname for it.

The sheet metal and glass is all different between the two, and the Barracuda/Cuda has a 2" shorter wheel base than the Challenger. The Cuda is the high performance version, so it is not just a shorter name for the Barracuda.
