Correct fan shroud for a 71 barracuda 318?

Bought this shroud, but don't know if it is correct? Goes around fan, but no way to attach it.

most 318s had no shroud unless it had AC , not hard to make some brackets to mount it

When I took it apart there wasn't a shroud on it. Thought it had to been broken, and discarded. Although making a bracket to put one on would be the ticket.

My 73 318 has no shroud either, like you i always thought there should be, and that someone broke and threw it out!

I've owned and worked on several 318 E-body cars over the years, and I cannot say I've ever seen one on a 318 car, even WITH A/C.
