E body seat belt mounting holes

Hey all

Does anyone here happen to know if the seat belt mounting holes in an E body floor pan have 7/16-20 weld nuts in he holes?
Or are they threaded in another manner? Or just through holes?

I think Challenger RTA has a whole hard drive of pictures and diagrams. He definitely is an asset to the forum!

I was going to have to get under the car and stick a skinny screwdriver up through the weld nuts. The holes are covered in Dynamat.
Maybe I won't have to now.
