Emer Brake Cable - Attachment to Bracket Help

Cable not quite fitting into bracket clamp (1970 Challenger):

- Do I crush the black spring clamp on the green anchor in the clamp?
- Can someone please send a pic or a description?
- Is this the correct cable for a 1970 (from Inline Tube)?

Are you sure that you have the correct parking brake bracket assembly? I am not sure that a 70 is different, but my 71 Challenger has a round hole in the bracket that the black spring clamp snaps into. You can see the hole to the right of the return spring.

Looks like I might have a 71 cable......back to Inline Tube.....

You do not use the black clip on the 70 hardware. Remove it and slide the green part in and tighten the bolt.
