smokin deal. I'd buy it in a heart beat. On the market it would be 10K from a mopar guy and 13=14 K from a flipper.
Let's see the fender tag detail. That will really help us understand the value of the car. Those options can make or break the cost on a car.
You will easily put 30-40K into the car if you do a good portion of the work yourself. then it will barely be worth what you put into it. Unfortunately the 72=74's don't hold as much value as the 70-71's.
Still a very worthy car of a restoration.
Since it's an all original car and one owner, there is a good chance there is a build sheet in the car.
Make sure you ask her if she has any of the original documentation for the car. That will help the value as well.
