Goodyear Speedway Wide Tread F70-14. I have a real nice Goodyear Speedway Wide Tread F70-14 tire. This was a spare tire out of a Pontiac GTO but was also used in a number of Dodge and Plymouth cars. All A’s, B’s and E body’s could be coded for these tires so it makes a perfect spare for a number of cars. I was told the date code is June of 1969. They nubs are still present along with the blue protective coating on the side wall. I don’t believe this tire has ever touched the ground with the cars weight on it. It’s in awesome condition. It holds air just fine. There are three imperfections on the white wall side but when the tire is mounted in the trunk the white wall side is down anyways.
