I need 2 things for the head light wiring:
1) The routing across the core support
2) Fasteners for the attachment to the core support (wherever that is)
Thanks.
PS Also best wiper assembly (I have the arms)

I believe the headlight harness is routed across the front of the core support, just below the top flat part. If you look in the channel you should see some bendable tabs that hold the harness in the channel.

Here's the clips attached to core support. There's 4 of them.

Check out 69bfan, they/he may still be a vendor here that can can get some for you. If you haven’t already. You’ll have to do some touch up after installation. Good luck to you.

No touch up needed if he blacks it out.. also, I think body panel adhesive would be a good choice for attaching new tabs; just scuff, apply a bit, clamp it on, and wipe off any excess with mineral spirits. It will not damage the surrounding paint. It’s incredibly strong stuff.

Adam is spot on, I’m no body and paint guy but, there’s some really good seam sealers that I’ve seen on Toyota recalls for sunroof popping noise. 👍🏻
