AAR Cuda heater core replacement is not going well. Ordered new aftermarket and surprise it doest fit not even close. What have other members done? Good place to order from? Have local radiator shop re-do mine?

The cores are different between A/C & no A/C , If you have a good local rebuilder I would do that

No part fits better than the original! For parts that may need "massaging", I like to get a cheap one from Rockauto or Amazon.

The aftermarket ones usually won't work right out of the box.
I had to grind the ends to fit the box and re drill a hole but that's what you get these days.
