I was going to purchase this car. But I need some expert advise.

I've attempting to verify VON in the past, it's pretty challenging to reach a decisive answer.
That is a difficult challenge for sure.
Wouldn't VON's be in all sorts of random order since a car could be ordered, then delayed on the SPD by thousands of new orders.
When a car is ordered, does the vin get assigned then?
Would the car receive it's vin number when it hits the assembly line?

Maybe so, maybe not. Those images of the body code plate are too perfect to be factory original plates, IMO. Perhaps, if the car where stored in an air-tight bag for 50 years. I don't care to say how, because that may help a counterfeiter improve his craft. The BCP may be a reprint of the original BCP, but why? A top dollar car warrants authenticity. Anyone reprinting the BCP is up to something, unless... whoops, you almost got me to reveal something others may exploit.

This is still a wonderfully optioned "tribute car" with some clever attention to detail. But I see no evidence, as of yet, it is undeniably 100% original.

Again, why does it matter? If it WERE 100% original, no responsible person should drive it. Where is the fun in that?

Chill. Relax. Breathe. enjoy the holly day sneeze-un.

Yes, the VIN gets assigned once assembly begins. And no one wants to hold up production. Once it starts, taking a car off the assembly line is, bad, bad, bad for business and efficient flow of vehicles. Plants produced 100s of cars per day. Not gonna be possible, if 1 or more gotta be pulled.

Because it is worth more money for someone who doesn't know details about cars.
A cheby camaro guy would step up and spend the money, be happy, and drive the piss out of this car.
GM's and Ferds don't document to the extreme mopar did so there will be someone for the seat that either doesn't know and pays too much or someone who knows and gets a little bit of the overage price trimmed off.
