Identify 4-speed

I need help identifying this 4 speed. Picture is one of four he sent. Can anyone tell me what it is from? Thanks, in advance

It's from a 1973 e-body. The three at the beginning is the year, and the b is hamtramck assembly.

Not that it matters, but those numbers looked hand stamped and crooked over some other numbers a bit fainter. It also looks... painted. The metal looks too pretty to be natural patina accrued over 50 years.

The case appears to be sandblasted but I dont see anything to suspect the numbers were restamped. I have a half dozen four speeds here and the numbers are all over the place like that one.
