illusive build sheet hiding places?

I am looking to get more documentation, and would like to know what typical hiding places the build sheets might be for a 73 'Cuda?

check the back seat, they put them between padding and springs. usually the back part. also look on top of glove compartment, front seat behind cover, under rug. good luck

I've only heard of it on the other forum chats. Did not see the pictures of an original build sheet in those spots. But i don't throw out the consideration of finding one elsewhere.

So, no credibility to those claims from "me" as fact.

I've personally only found one build sheet in a seat out of the 25 mopars I've owned. It was a bench seat and was on the bottom in the springs. I put 6 copies of the build sheet all over the inside of the interior of that car.

I wasn't questioning you being correct. I was wondering if B's or C's may have come this way. The B's I have seen where done like E's. I have only seen a GM sheet on the tank top. I have found them under the front seat shells (backs) of 70 & 71. I have found them on the top of the glove box. I have found them on the bottom and on the backs of rear seats under the springs.

So...I found my car from a guy that stores muscle cars in the winter. I was never able to speak to the seller which was the gamble I took. Took a long shot and reached back out to the storage guy and asked him to reach out to the owner for me...explaining that I loved the car but wanted more history, if he could/would call me.
The previous owner called me back and got some good history. He is a GM guy that owned a few body shops in ny state. He has a few C2 & C3 Vettes... A few Camaros...and a 65 tripower gto+ a 12 car garage. Anyway, he has known the Cuda for over 30 years locally. His friend owned it and he always asked him to sell it to him. It was originally Red with black guts and the white longitudinal stripe. Well that "friend" let it sit out and waste away for about 10 years-with the drivetrain in his basement . The 2nd owner finally "gave" it to my seller.
He redid the entire car with AMD panels. The hood, roof,radiator support, and trunk lid are the only things that were born with the car (as well as drivetrain).
He rebuilt the engine to 1970 specs. He told me the 4 speed trans is original also.
He has pictures of it sitting in the yard...and throughout the restoration process.
He's going to email them to me. unfortunately he never saw the build sheet or fender tag.

There are a couple of examples over on FCBO of guys finding the reminants of them between the front frame rail and the bumper bracket.

My buddy just told me that the Little Red Express and Warlock pick ups had the sheet on the tank top.
