Inspection Cover

I have an aluminum Bb bell housing and cover. Everything bolts right up.
I have another cover that is larger and when i laid this cover over my 2892513 Aluminum Bell the bolt holes are not correct.
There is a stamping on the cover (892E30)
Overall length 16"
Width 6 3/8"
Center hole to center hole 16 1/8"
Can anyone identify this cover

The pictured inspection cover is for a small block bell housing (10.5" flywheel). Fit includes housing numbers 2843887, 2892482, 3515734, 3743859, and 4202507.

The little tabs on front for attaching to the small block upper shield are quick identifiers.
