Iron disc deum kelsey hayes valve to new valve?

Does anyone know if the normal brake lines for my disc/drum factory 72 challenger with the iron kelsey hayes proportioning valve can be swapped out to the new style proportioning valve or does this require a completely new run of lines? Also does anyone know where to get rebukd parts for the iron style disc valve?
