Got Motivated after looking thru another members awesome ride....So I Test fit my '08 Challenger Drag wheel package on the '70!!
Other than the Fronts being 29" Diam....Need 25-26".....It all fit like a glove!!

Whats an 833OD?..4500 is alot of money for a tranny just to have an extra gear,anyone use a t-56 or similar? I dont want to cut the floor but I think it would be cheaper in the long run to do

LOve the Challenger , it looks killer !!
A833 OD is a basicaly bolt in 833 where the 3 rd gear is an OD ratio , so internally you shift 1-2-4-3 & have a .71 gear ratio in OD . the trans is a bolt in & requires zero floor modifications , you do need a belhousing with a 4.80 hole for the front brg retainer & you need to have the retainer trimmed down to 4.80 as they are over 5" diameter , you also need to bend the 3/4 shift rod so it will clear the crossmember with the 3/4 shift lever pointing down .
