Need Help with rear brake light harness

[Challenger RTA]

The first picture are the plugs under the column. Turn signal plug on the left power plug on the right. With it plugged in key in run position Blue white wire should have power. That is the run wire.
With the key turned to the start position the brown wire will have power. Be sure to check for power on both sides of the plug.

The bottom picture shows the two going through the bulkhead connector. Check in the engine compartment for power on the two.

I have been tinkering with it far too long. I have reached burned out. Thank you!! Your knowledge is priceless. Going to back away from it for a few days, and refer to this information later. Taking bumpers to Tennessee to get rechrome.
