Hello All. I am located in Northern California (yes surrounded by wildfires currently). I have an inviolet 71 Cuda 383 automatic and a 1972 triple white Challenger Raley 340 Automatic with a factory sunroof. Currently working on my new project, 1970 triple black challenger convertible. Need some help on parts and advise on this one. Hopefully some of the members here can help me out.
Thanks

Nice Challenger convertible.
It looks to be a 70, A66 Challenger with a 4 sp.
Is it an original 340 H code Challenger?
If it is, it is a rare Challenger; one of only 66 made and the TX9 makes it even more rare.
Please consider adding your car to the A66 Registry; I keep the statistics on A66 Challengers.
Thanks.

Car was originally a 318 with an automatic. When the owner restored it in 1985 he replaced the 318 with the 340 and trans out of a 1970 barracuda. He also added the hood and dual exhaust. The car is TX9 and was ordered with the Rally dash, factory air, rim blow, power windows and leather seats. A63, M31, HRX9, C15, C62, M25, P31. Car has been in storage since 1985. Zero rust original sheet metal

It is a beautiful Challenger
I personally have always loved black on a Challenger; I think it makes the car look classy, especially in a vert!
Phil
