Hi my name is jacob from south carolina. Im a recently added member. Me and my dad own a 1973 Plymouth Barracuda. It was a one owner car that my grandad bought in the 70s brand new. It has been a one owner car ever since. in 97 the car started to blow smoke and so pa parked it. well this year since the car has been sitting for 15 years pa has finally let it go and give it to me and dad to fix it. but the catch was that the only way we could have it is that we could never sell it. It was bought brand new and has been a part of the family and thats fine with me. Ive had the car for 3 weeks and took it straight to school in autobody. After a day of having it home i rebuilt the holley 600, cleaned a few wires, some fresh gas, and a little tranny fluid and i was riding round the yard. loaded it up on a trailer and off to school it went. ive had the car at school for about 3 weeks now and have just about stripped it all. starting the metal and patch work tommarow but figured id post some picks and feel great to be apart of the forum. Not a lot of mopar supporters around here.
