No, if you hover over the thumbs up, you have choices... I havent customized them yet but there are several there

I've noticed using a iPhone you can't hover over the thumbs up to see choices, on my PC yes with my mouse.

I got used to it ok.
I had to change the setting on the toolbar, on top of the page, on my laptop computer, as it wouldn't allow me to enter the site.
But i quickly figured it out.

I have no problems with this layout. It looks similar to the old one to me on my PC. I don't see much difference at all. Looks good!

The thing that gets me is I go on all the fbo sites daily and all the others are the other format, then I come here and it's different. But I can deal with that.

I'm guessing that this site was chosen to be test mule based lower membership number and traffic to figure things out before tackling the others?
