Hello. I have marker lights & signal lights on my 74 Barracuda with a Rally Dash but no headlights ? Fuses appear okay ??

Did you check the dimmer switch, and is it high beam or low that doesn't work? Dimmer switch is easier to check for voltage than pulling the headlight switch, as power goes from the switch to the dimmer then to the headlights
