I have ordered many parts from Classic Industries. It seems the parts from OER don't fit very well, without modification to the part or the part it fits. Is anyone else having this problem? I have had problems with GM and Plymouth products from OER. It seems like OER parts are getting worse. Parts I used before don't fit. For example the turn signal switch I just replaced, didn't fit. I had to modify the steering column (grind the opening of the emergency flasher switch) and the emergency flasher knob. I replaced the same part a few years ago without any modifications, on the same type of car. I think the quality control has gone down.
Is there a better aftermarket company? Is there a good source for NOS? Sorry about the rant.
