I found an original elastomeric frontbumper in the color FJ5 Lime Light from a 70 Barracuda Grand Coupe. Correct A21option code for 70 Cuda with rubber front bumper. I remember this car from new.Bought at local Potts Chrysler / Plymouth dealership in Pa as a graduation present.Original owner drove the car till 1982 when the 1/4s got bad and then sold itto a guy who drove it home, unbolted a few pieces (including this bumper) tostart a restoration. He then left the car rot away to nothing in the back yard.I bought it a few years ago and parted out what was left. VERY SAD. This bumper was justfound stored in their shed a few weeks ago. Theback side shows factory paint marker date of 10-21-69 over the Lime Lightcolored rubber. I've listed it as an auction on eBay, starting at $1700. http://www.ebay.com/itm/351110328761?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1558.l2649

My question is........ what's this thing really worth? I've seen others for less money but they are beat up with snapped off bolts. Am I priced outa the ball park? This one hasn't seen the light of day since 1982. Thanx, Dave

No problem I already have one on my 73 . Easier to sell with the brackets. Best of luck with your sale.

It's worth what someone will pay for it. Since you have it on Ebay, wait and see what it gets. Why didn't you ask before you put it on Ebay?

If you are serious about selling it and want to get the correct amount. Start your add over again with a reserve and start the bidding at $99.00. You will get some bids with that starting price and then you can let the market tell you what it is currently worth. You aren't committed to selling it if it does not meet your reserve price.

I think your right. Start it low with a reserve. After we get away from this holiday / Vacation week, I'm gonna try that. Good idea.
