That shifter handle pictured in post #14 is not an E-body shifter. Looks like it might be for a 71-74 B-body. The E-body shifter is shorter and has less offset. It should work physically, but the grip may end up in an awkward position. Brewer's site shows some of the different options. The shifter handle in post #14 is the 71-74 B-body bench seat handle. It was also use on the 71-74 B-body cars with buckets and buddy seat combo.
