74 challenger non rally 318 car.driver side above kicker panel,2 plugs i have no clue tried to google it no luck. its blue 3 part # 1st-3746658,2nd-auto7902,3rd-2343 size 4 by 2 by1 inches

I am not sure. I have a 74 parts car that I can look at Friday. It is either a seat belt or key buzzer. 74's have some different parts. It also may be a part from another car that was used as a replacement part in your car.
