I belong to both the B and C body only forums. While on craigslist today I came across this ad. It is from the Buffalo New York area. This gentleman has the complete drive train for a 1970 Cuda, and is looking for the owner to give the drivetrain too. It lists the vin, in the ad. Who's holding the winning lottery ticket?! I have no specifics, but it has the potential of making a $15,000 car a $30,000 car in the matter of days, weeks, months Etc.

I truly hope you find this ad. I am not sure why, but this whole thing seems to mean so much to me. I literally cannot sleep thinking about it. I wish you the best of luck. I hope that this make someone's day. Then pass that car down to your children. Keep the cars from yester-year ALIVE!!

Cheers!

Very nice of you to post this link over here and I hope the car still exists and that its reunited with its drivetrain but nobody is giving anything away. The seller has dollar signs in his eyes and has just not said what he wants for it.

Agreed. It would be nice to reunite stuff. But the chances of that car being long gone, is pretty good. I also wouldn't pay big loot for such a drivetrain.

I'm really hoping that he's not looking to scalp someone. I could see not giving it away, but boy wouldn't it be awesome if giving it to him was his plan? I'll stay positive for now.
