I made an offer on a Barracuda in Canada subject to inspection . I talked to the seller And did my inspection.Lipstick on a pig , floors rusted ,electrical issues .i said thanks but no thanks .I called Hemmings to report no sale they said to bad so sad the sales charge is non refundable. You must inspect the car before making an offer ! I said I needed to make the deal before I waisted my time if we could not make a deal . Any suggestions? After reading the fine print you would not really want to deal with them ,you have no rights !
