No wonder we couldn't move these , Do I just need the release cables for these and the latch springs are the same on both sides

@7DCUDA383A Check the orientation your tracks. It looks like one is on backwards. Here’s a set of 70 e-body seats with correct set up.

This lever should be under the seat bottom, not on the outside.

Megaparts is a great source for parts.
