For 1970 E-Bodies, use the free decoders HERE. The decoder somewhat works for other model years but the resulting PDF will still show 1970.
With some clever picture editing, you can change the year to match.
Another excellent site for Option Decoding is HERE and covers 1969-1971 Mopar.
