Fords for example often use a 1.7 rocker so with the same cam lift youy get more valve lift , Mopars generally use 1.5 ratio , so getting the extreme valve liift would require the lobe to be steeper which will get to the edge of the lifter so you either need to adjust the rocker ratio or go to a roller profile
