Dear Prez - Customer Service just pulled the “Millennial Redirection” stunt after sending parts that done fit my car.
Why does Classic Industries think that type of service is okay? The problem isn’t just with my Mopar - it’s with ALL Mopars you supply that part for.
Why Does Classic Industries NOT work with their suppliers to identify and correct these problems before customers find them?
Is this the type of assistance I can expect in the future from Classic Industries? If so, please tell me so I can find an alternative.
