If you have the $$ I would contact the AMD installation center about having them do it.
It would be done on a jig by very experienced installers. They have all the tools and info you can't find in the FSM.
You would need more of a body shop manual as the sheet metal goes over the actual structural pieces that have been cut and for sure there will be some issues with body/chassis twist and such because the car was not built as a convertible. More to it than just cutting off the top structure. That was a bad rookie move by the former owner.
Main issue is going to be structural. Not a home job for a beginner.
If you want it done right AND be able to sell it in the future.

Depending on how far you want to go down the rabbit hole, dynacorn sells these... You might be able to get them to sell you the parts before they assemble a side. You're going to need more than just they roof. I would, as others have said, jump on it.

No, it's the Challenger stuff. Same structure at that point.
