Hotchkiss levels the upper control arm & give better handling but at the cost of loss of anti dive .
All tubular control arms will allow better alignment settings with increased caster & can improve handling .
1 thing to consider though is every tubular control arm is welded weakening the metal beside the weld so they can fail , the factory arms are stamped from 1 piece of steel & do not break & with the use of Moog offset bushings you can also increase the caster settings for a fraction of the cost of tubular control arms .
So it is your call .
