tuff steering wheel removal

Hello,

I bought a rim blow steering wheel and would like to replace the Tuff wheel that is on my e-body. How do I remove the Tuff wheel? I tried pulling the horn cap off but it is pretty tight and I don't want to do any damage to the wheel. Suggestions?

the horn cap should pop off by pulling it straight back toward you, then 3 nut's and A horn wire. try an even pull from both sides. that is how my tuff wheel go's.
