Zinc plating suspension bolts

I am starting to redo the front suspension of my 70 Challenger. What are people doing with front suspension bolts like the sway bar end links and sway bar mounting bracket and bolts. They look like in pictures that they are zinc coated. Is it best to get them plated or do myself or are people painting them. I hate buying new stuff when the factory original stuff is in good shape just need some kind of coating. Also have bead blasted upper control arms and tie rod sleeves , what is the best coating to protect them to the factory look.

I'm one to run them like they are. If it's a nice restoration, pay the money to have them coated.

Eastwood has a variety of different spray bombs in black oxide, zinc, and others. They do a pretty nice job.
