I've decided I need to focus on my paint and body work as well as going a different direction ith the powerplant with my father son build. So I am going to post what I have left here to see if anyone would be interested in it. I will split up and sell parts individually or sell all together...
Cuda Hunter I think your right I'm still not really a huge fan of the color, however, with the original setup with white stripes, white vinyl top, and white interior I think that's the way we're gonna end up going
I have numerous parts I have decided to let go of, going back original on the interior, and making some tweaks to the powertrain. All parts located in Tulsa, Oklahoma
First, 440 Weiand 2x4 low rise intake, with Carter AFB's and linkage asking $550
Second, Moroso 440 silver valve covers and...
well the challenger is no where near done hasn't even gone to the body shop yet, probably got another 1.5-2 years before the challenger is done. the demon needs a lot quarters and floors minmum. But for the $800 I paid to buy it no worries on the amount of work she's a bare bones no option /6...
Well it's no where near origial now, I bought it like the first pic. now it loos like this, reparing to go to the body shop for new quarters and wheelhouses. I wanted to paint it gb5 true blue metallic to match my wifes demon, but I'm starting to thin it should go back original inside and out...
Well when I broke it down it seemed somewhat rare too me, it probably isn't but a butterscotch car with white vinyl top white pinstripes and white interior, every butterscotch car I have seen has black top and stripes or a white convertible top
ok I could be wrong wouldn't be the first time but E24 is for the slant six and E44 is the 318 2 barrel according to the codes I have pulled up again I could easily be wrong, but I know mine came out of the factory with a 318 doesn't matter as I doubt it will be going back butterscotch, the car...
I say shelve it or sell it, as long as there is a vin plate it can be rebuilt, don't break up another numbers car for parts, it's a horrible fate for one of these gorgeous e-bodies
here is a few and a couple with the sister cars together, the challenger has come a long way since I bought it as a driving car, but she is going to thr body shop next month for a thorough strip, metal work and paint
Figured I would share this here as well. I just joined fabo as well bought my next project for the wife. She saw one when we bought my challenger and said she liked it. Our second most is a 71 dodge demon to go with my 71 challenger
Well I decoded what I could on my fender tag when I bought the car, now that I am tearing it down and prepping the whole restoration process, I cleaned up the fender tag and completely decoded it. I'm not trying to say my car is special or unique, I could be completely wrong but a few of the...
I've been busy doing other things to her, I believe the heads have been decked as the casting numbers are ground off on the edge. I pulled the cam out to get numbers off it, It hasn't been produced in a few years seems the engine has done more sitting then anything since it was built, it's...
Well after deciding my 340 wasn't able to make the power I wanted on my budget. I found and got this 440. BME aluminum rods, lightened steel crank forged dome pistons, internally balanced, crower roller cam setup 1.6 roller rockers for .726 total lift triple valve springs, gear drive, miloden...
