Thanks Buddy,
The Tank Was in the car when I purchased it. I would like to rework it...add 5-8 more gallons! I'm working some of the Tank issues now....Line re-route.....My Sway rear sway bar's
gona come close to the fitting so I need to move them. They Used male -8 AN bungs.....would have been better if they had used female NPT's.....Just gona have to get creative
to make all fit!!
G
Post a pick of the bracket here....when you get it installed!

I noticed a 1" drop on the rear when I used the Hotckiss geometry corrected rear leafs, fronts no problem, just adjust ride height with the LCD adjusters.
I really rate my Chally with that kit on it I'll bet you are very happy when you get it finished :)

Haven't got many pics but these two show it stationary and launching.
Springs are stiff but the ride is still very good, that modern rubber had made a world of difference tho

Thanks for the kind words! It's a bit tired poking in the flesh but its got no rot :)

The rims are 17x8 front with 245/45x17's and the rears are 18x9 with 285/40x18's, in all honesty the single greatest improvement to overall handling, grip and breaking was with the rolling stock and not the suspension parts.
I didn't use a TVS kit, just 1.03" torsion bars and leafs, frame conn's, decent shocks and poly bushings, no sway bars tho.
Braced lca's and K member and a lot of weight taken off the front of the car have helped no end.

A big improvement was made by having a friend of mine who prepares Holdens and late model GTO's for track use set up the geometry in his workshop.

Nice work....Yeah you need some sway bars with quick disconnects....That way you can set-up for some spirited driving and unhook for the 1/4". Always great to have
good friends! I'm an old SCCA guy....Been building Porsche track and autocross cars for a long time.....But the 1/4 mile fun has been with me since I was a child!
all my riggs need to be duel perpose. I'll be running the same front to rear stagger....except the rears will be 10" with 295/45's for the street...and run my M&H's on the track.
I'm pushing to get the 5 speed in by the end of Feb....If I can put the cash together for the hard parts. Then....Let my Dad take Mom for a spin....seeing his smile will make
all the hard work worth it!!! If you find anymore pics...drop them in the post please...I never get enough.....plus you can always get great ideas from other members!

Update....Front Done, Rear still waiting on Front hanger and Rear Disk Kit

Well,
Didn't get much done on the car this week....Sucks! The Mancini 3/4" spring relocation kit...is the Mopar kit.....which needs the super stock springs (2" Shorter Than
the 1970 OEM Springs) the front hanger is 1.75" further aft. Dr Diff's kit is another 3 weeks out....so I made my own using the factory hangers and a backer plate...
I also bushed the spring holes so I could move the hole another 1/4" fwd...to make up for the backer plate thinkness. Now I can get the car on the ground and weld
in the rear sway bar brackets and Set and weld the pinion angle...Finally! The front is done though...and came out sweet!!! My wife got me the Nitto NT555
295/45-18 rear tires....and the new 18x10 Wheels finally showed up....still saving up for the Fronts!! Still Waiting on
- Hotchkis Shocks
- SSBC Rear Disk Kit
- Power Brake Conversion Master
- New Front Wheels

Update....Fab'ed Billet Front Leaf Hanger

Well,
I couldn't wait for Dr. Diff any longer...He was still out of his 1" offset front hangers and the Mopar kit....well I posted that earlier!!
I fab'ed my own from Billet with the 1" offset and (3) postions for height....Here's a few pics. I also got some good new today...
the Hotchkis shocks I've been waiting for (For about a Month) are finally shipping....heck yeah!! I'm still waiting for a few parts
- SSBC rear Disk conversion kit...I month waiting...Never gona go that route again!
- Billet/Chrome Master and Booster conversion...They have been pretty quick...so happy with those guys!!
- Dropped my order with Hurst for the TKO600.....Pretty stoked. I'll have a sweet A833 4 speed with about 2000 Miles on it....I mean it
is sweet....clean as can be.....looks like it did the day the factory installed it!!! Would love to trade it for a Factory ebody 4 speed
console. The top plate doesn't have to be great...I'm gona hydro dip it...the the console body has to be sweet!!

Update.....Setting Pinion Angle, Welding Spring Perchesand rear Sway Bar Brackets

Well,
Still Waiting on SSBC for my rear Disk brake kit....Way upset with that deal.....Ordered on the 15th of January:angry7:
The Guys at Online Performance have quickly come up with my Power Master set-up...should have it by weeks end.
The Hotchkis shocks finally shipped...2 Month wait....Hope to have them today....Install so I can run to the alignment shop!
My Fabb'ed front spring hangers worked killer...I like having all (3) positions to use for ride height.

The Kings of the parts group have been the Guys at Hurst Drivelines (Steve Sparkman). From my first contact with them...
They've been great and well versed with thier tranny kits and parts! From Order to delivery...it will be 7 days....My Hurst
Elite Mopar TKO600 5 Speed Conversion kit will be here tomorrow....I'm just blown away with thier support!! I hope to start
the swap this coming Monday!

Here's a Quick Shot.....The ride Height is close but not final....I still have the Camber way out of whack up front!!
