long story short ... my dad stored it in the back yard in 88 and its been there ever since .... 2007 came along and we decided to bring it back to life .... 2008 ... a dream has come true

after about 2 weeks i started having radiator problems so i switched it out with an aluminum one

i learned that when u own a classic its an on going project no matter how much u think your done YOUR NOT ... you always run into extra stuff...

i recently added R/T stripes ... if anyone is looking to put stripes on your ride but dont want to spend a ton ... DO IT YOUR SELF ... go to ChallengerGary.com he sends what you need ... he sold me my kit which was all 4 stripes the R/T lettering at the end of the stripes and the R/T hood Lettering for $75 SHIPPED !!

Its about to be 2 years in August that ive had it running and its still turns heads EVERY DAY ....

Ps. had mild over heat problem w my b/b at idle. removed limiter plugs on carb. troubles went away. later on good friend suggested i check oil filter for any metal. holy ----. found metal. He said check fuel pump push rod. repros were not hardened and were wearing out. sure as ----. he was right..car had been running lean.........
